Last year, a homeowner in Saskatoon reached out to us after just one year of having their epoxy floor installed—only to discover it was severely peeling and bubbling. The original installer hadn’t accounted for that moisture, and over time, the coating began to fail.
To set things right, we were called in with a fresh plan. Our team began by fully grinding away the failing coating, exposing the bare, clean concrete beneath. Once we had a solid surface, we applied a specialized epoxy base coat that acted as a moisture barrier. After it cured, we broadcast a vibrant decorative flake layer, and then sealed everything with a polyaspartic topcoat—just like all of our projects. Now, that floor is not only visually stunning, but also fully protected from moisture and wear—ready to serve the family for years to come.
